Ryukyu Tatami Small Wave No Border
A unique and modern weave that expresses the surface of water. The expression changes richly depending on how the light hits it. Machine-spun washi paper is rolled into rope and coated with resin. Compared to rush grass, there is less worry about mold and fading, and it is easy to maintain. When rearranging dressers or furniture, discoloration of tatami mats is a concern.
